Arsenal legend Ray Parlour has told the club to replace Gabriel Jesus with Ivan Toney in January.
Before the FIFA World Cup break Jesus was in great form with the Gunners, helping Mikel.Arteta’s side stay top of the Premier League table.
Jesus was injured during training at the ongoing World Cup and was forced to pull out of the Brazil squad with a tournament ending knee injury.
The Brazil international has underwent surgery on Tuesday and is expected to be out for up to three months,
And Parlour believes Brentford’s Ivan Toney fits the bill.
“The problem you’re going to have in January is who’s available? I’ve always said Ivan Toney. I’d go and try to get him.
“I think he’s similar to Ian Wright, the way he plays and scores his goals,’ Toney said, according to Metro.
