Former Liverpool midfielder, Danny Murphy, has predicted the clubs that will finish in the top four on the Premier League table this season.
Recall that Man City finished on top of the Premier League table last season ahead of Liverpool (second), Chelsea (third) and Tottenham (fourth).
However, when asked to give his top-four prediction for this season, Murphy told FairBettingSites: “1st-City, 2nd-Arsenal, 3rd-Chelsea, 4th-Liverpool.
He added, “Liverpool will finish 4th. He [Klopp] can’t change his philosophy and his way of managing that is given so much success overnight.
“For me, it’s just about being on top of players, reinforcing the messages and making sure they are training at a high level because performances don’t improve unless your training is at it.”
He continued, “There’s a lot of honest players in that squad to look at themselves, and I’m concerned, but I’m not worried. The cream always rises to the top.”
