DIEGO SIMEONE broke an unwritten rule in football after Arsenal dumped Atletico Madrid out of the Champions League.

Some spotted that the sour , 56, even broke an unwritten rule as he headed to the changing rooms.
A video captioned the manager deliberately walking over the Arsenal crest in the tunnel.
It is usually expected that players and coaches avoid walking on team crests as a sign of respect.

But Simeone could be seen to purposely change his direction of walk in order to stop over the Gunners’ badge.
Arsenal fans spotted the act by the coach and increased their jeers towards him.

Atletico striker Iker Luque was also still annoyed with White’s actions in the warm-up for the game.

After the second leg confirmed Arsenal’s place in the final, Simeone was more congratulatory to the Gunners when speaking to the media.
Although he did make one jibe as he suggested that the North London outfit has benefited from extra spending on the squad.
He said: “There’s nothing to say, we’re out.
“We congratulate Arsenal, they competed well and they have a team and a coach that I like.
“They follow a consistent approach, with significant financial resources that allow them to compete at this level, so congratulations.
“We’ll keep doing our job, without dwelling on a single detail of something that’s so obvious.
“In the first leg, we already had chances to score and didn’t take them.
“Here, in the second half, we improved, got more into the game, played in their half and had opportunities.
