She was quickly transported to an equine hospital; however, despite receiving the best care, she could not be saved after suffering a pelvic fracture.

Heartbroken trainer Davison shared on X: “I am devastated to announce that our stable star She’s Quality has passed away, having sustained a pelvic fracture during the Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint.

“After the race, she was taken to San Luis Rey Equine Hospital, where she received the best possible treatment and seemed stable in the initial hours after.

“Unfortunately, her condition worsened overnight, and the difficult decision was made to humanely euthanize her.

“We are utterly heartbroken by her loss.

“She was a top-class filly and took us all on an incredible journey.

“While this is a profoundly sad conclusion, I want to thank my entire staff for the exceptional care they provided over the past three years.

“We are a small, close-knit team, and we will miss her dearly.”
