A WOMAN has shared the easy side hustle that helps her rake in £1,000 a month.
Danni Cleary, originally from Devon, revealed she took on the extra job to help her pay for her life in .

The 25-year-old, who used to work in operations but is now self-employed, works Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30 and uses her evenings to run her .
Taking to , she revealed she worked as a nanny in her spare time, adding ‘This only just about covers my , as well as my full time job.’
In June of this year, Danni made £1,761.49 looking after 25 families which came to £1,252.04 after tax, fees and fees from the app that she uses to find clients, Bubble.
Danni said she worked ‘stupid’ hours, with only five days off a month from babysitting.
In July, she made £1003.33 but did not work 17 days, 10 of which were her holiday. After all the deductions, this came to £751.41.
The babysitter revealed she charges £15 an hour to help her pay for her living costs, which were higher than average as she lived in London.
She added: “Now please don’t get me wrong, I am so thankful to have a month like this however, you need to remember that I live in London by myself.
“I mean I have a housemate but I live in London by myself, I have two cats, I live in a really nice apartment so my bills are substantially higher.
“So while this figure sounds phenomenal this only just about covers my bills as well as my full time job.”
Danni also shared advice for others who wanted to start a babysitting side hustle.
“This is also not a get rich quick scheme I am just unbelievably lucky with how this took off for me so that’s not to deter you it’s just be mindful,” she added.
“Do not jump wholeheartedly into this thinking that’s how much I’m gonna make because everybody makes a completely different figure each month.”
The clip soon went viral on her TikTok account @ danniclearyy with 650k views and people were quick to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: “You should be charging £20-30 ph minimum if you can provide references and recommendation.”
Another commented: “I used to get £3 a night babysitting for my aunt in the 80’s.”
“So this isn’t your only job? For a second I thought that was the only you get to live and I panicked for you,” penned a third.

“This proves the UK is broken,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “As a nanny with qualifications, DBS check and years of solid experience I charge £18 an hour daytime and £15 babysitting after 7pm. In London, I think it’s a fair price considering.”
While some claimed Danni was charging clients too low a price, she said it was perfect for her.
She explained: “I am happy at £15 an hour and to me, making an extra £1,700 a month before taxes, doing something where you’re sitting on your backside most evenings watching baby on the monitor, that’s phenomenal for me.
“I still have energy I don’t mind working evenings, I stay up late I like sleeping in. I don’t start work until 9, I roll out of bed 8:45. I still get my full eight hours, I’m not stressing.”
