Ghana legend, Asamoah Gyang, has hailed Uruguay striker Giorgian De Arrascaeta after he scored twice against the Black Stars on Friday.
The West African side crashed out of the World Cup on Friday after losing 2-0 to Uruguay, who were also sent following Korea Republic’s 2-1 win over Portugal.
Arrascaeta scored twice for Uruguay to become La Celeste’s first goalscorer in the FIFA World Cup 2022.
The visibly frustrated Gyang also slammed Ghana players, accusing them of not having not approached the game with the right spirit.
Ghana needed just one point to qualify for the knockout stage of the World Cup in Qatar.
“Not everybody can get that technique. If you see, he is technically sound. Not most players can get that from that side,” Gyang hailed the Uruguayan striker.
