WEST HAM have wages war on half-and-half scarves by banning them from the London Stadium this weekend.

And they have warned fans that half-and-half scarves will not be permitted inside the ground.
The items are usually picked up by tourists and fair-weather supporters from unofficial sellers.
Football fanatics have long bemoaned the blight that is the half-and-half scarf.
And West Ham’s unprecedented step could inspire other clubs to follow suit.
Any fan entering the London Stadium with one will have it removed by security.
But the offending item will NOT be returned at full-time.
Fans reacted positively to the news on social media.
One said: “Should give a lifetime ban to anyone who buys one!”
Another declared: “Good news.”
One noted: “Can they add cardboard signs to that as well?”
Another added: “Ah so no Kudus and Kudus scarves then, shame.”
Meanwhile, the Hammers have upped security for this weekend’s derby.
In a bid to avoid trouble, they have warned supporters of an “increased security presence” at their home ground.
West Ham chiefs are eager to ensure away fans do not make their way into the home section.
And supporters have been asked to prepare for longer-than-usual security checks while entering the London Stadium.
