But it’s not just clothes and accessories she flips for a profit – she’s found a new item that’s bringing in cash.
“Let’s face it, sometimes I get a bit bored of selling clothes,” she said in a video on her TikTok page.
“It’s all about different things.
“So with this consignment I did a bulk order on .
“And do you know what I’ve loved selling them!”
Lynne added that it’s a “win-win” because the new bedding packs are “dead easy to wrap” and “don’t take up much space”.
She went on to show some of the bedding – a cute set with bows and a jade green one with a floral pattern – and told Fabulous Online she’s making between 25% to 100% profit per pack.
She’d even got some with animals on, with one set covered in leopards and another with monkeys.
“So I’m what I’m saying is don’t just think of clothes for reselling – what else can you sell?” Lynne, who also sells on live shopping site WhatNot, added.
“I’ve got a bag of ink cartridges I’m going to list today, I have got one of the spare Wax Lyrical Watt’s burners.
“It’s just going to be a mixture of things.
“So have a look around your house. Are you fed up with items in your house?
“Let’s get those listed – let’s make a change from clothes!”
The comments section on Lynne’s TikTok was immediately filled with people weighing in, with one agreeing: “I love selling bric a brac more than clothing any day.”
“I sell clothes and artificial flowers plus a few craft items,” another added.
“You gotta mix it up I agree!”
Do you need to pay tax on items sold on Vinted?
QUICK facts on tax from the team at Vinted...
- The only time that an item might be taxable is if it sells for more than £6,000 and there is profit (sells for more than you paid for it). Even then, you can use your capital gains tax-free allowance of £3,000 to offset it.
- Generally, only business sellers trading for profit (buying goods with the purpose of selling for more than they paid for them) might need to pay tax. Business sellers who trade for profit can use a tax-free allowance of £1,000, which has been in place since 2017.

“I’ve got some bedding of the kids that they don’t use anymore, but they’re not in packaging,” a third mused.
“So I’m wondering if the only way I can do it is to actually make the bed with them on and I’m not sure if I’m 100% that committed!”
