Trump has pledged to “take decisive action” against Iran if the nation resumes its nuclear program following a significant US strike in June.
The US president welcomed his Israeli counterpart in Palm Beach for the fifth time in ten months, where they discussed the execution of the Trump-mediated Gaza peace agreement.

Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed concerns that the Islamic Republic has expedited its nuclear arsenal reconstruction since the summer attacks.
“I have heard that Iran is attempting to rebuild its capabilities, and if they are, we will have to take action against them,” Trump stated while greeting Benjamin ‘Bibi’ Netanyahu at his luxurious estate on Monday.
“We will take decisive action against them.
“But hopefully, that will not be necessary. I have heard that Iran wishes to negotiate a deal.”
Trump's strong warning to Iran reinforced his alliance with Netanyahu amid speculation of a potential rift between the two leaders.
Some American officials have privately questioned the Israeli leader’s dedication to the Gaza ceasefire and reportedly feel frustrated that Netanyahu has taken actions that may undermine the fragile peace agreement.
The meeting with Netanyahu at Trump’s lavish Mar-a-Lago resort featured the two leaders praising one another, with the Prime Minister even presenting the Israel Prize—historically awarded to Israelis—to the president.
In return, Trump mentioned that Israeli President Isaac Herzog had indicated plans to pardon Netanyahu regarding corruption charges—a claim Herzog’s office quickly denied.
This comes as courageous Iranians have taken to the streets of the capital this week, chanting slogans calling for an end to the Ayatollah's rule.
Iran’s national currency has plummeted to a disastrous new low after months of crises exacerbated by sanctions imposed by the US and EU.
Dissent among Iranians has intensified following prolonged electricity and water shortages and skyrocketing inflation.
Mass protests entered their second day on Monday as traders and shopkeepers joined university students in chanting “death to the dictator,” among other slogans.
This follows a conflict that resulted in significant casualties, including the assassination of 30 individuals in the initial moments of the 12-day confrontation.
Trump joined Israel’s campaign by coordinating military actions against Iran.
