The Hammers, according to TEAMtalk, have identified Sanusi as a replacement for veteran defender, Aaron Creswell.

The 26-year-old was close to joining Ligue 1 club Olympic Marseille in the summer.
Sanusi recently returned to action after spending around six weeks on the sidelines due to injury.
The left-back joined Porto in 2020 and has established himself as a regular at the club.
