THIS is the shocking moment a Tesco van smashes into a cyclist – but viewers are divided over whose fault it is.
Footage shows the crashing to the ground following the collision in Milbank, central .

The video footage of the incident from 2019, which has recently resurfaced on , has sparked a debate among viewers over who is at fault.
At the beginning of the clip, the delivery truck is shown overtaking the bike along the busy road near .
Seconds later, after pulling a few metres ahead of the cyclist, the then starts indicating left.
But as it swings into the cul-de-sac, the , which is travelling in the designated cycle path, rapidly speeds towards the side of the van.
Unable to react in time, the cyclist smashes into the side of the van.
He is sent tumbling to the ground before landing awkwardly underneath his bike.
The footage was captured by Chris Impey who now wears a camera on his helmet following an incident where he was knocked off his own bike.
He told MailOnline at the time that the van’s driver had refused to disclose to who was driving the vehicle at the time which meant he couldn’t be charged with a driving offence.
But he was later charged with failing to provide details of the driver and was slapped with six points on his license, a £300 fine and £322 in costs.
Remarkably, the cyclist was able to escape the collision without any serious injuries.
Chris said: “‘As someone who cycles through London daily I see a lot of issues on the road.
“The victim in this case was very lucky he wasn’t more seriously injured. His leg came very close to being caught under the wheel of the van.”
But users on flocked to the comments in rage at both the cyclist and the driver.
Many argued the cyclist was in the driver’s blind spot and that he should have slowed down.

One user commented: “There is literally a warning on the back of the Tesco van stating where the blind spot is so the cyclist definitley paid zero attention to that.”
“You don’t undertake a van, especially when indicating? It’s common sense, which cyclists apparently don’t have,” another said.
Another user added: “Surely it’s just common sense if a van is indicating left you would just back off a bit, let him go and not try and rush past him. It’s just cyclist arrogance to be honest.”
But others hit back arguing the cyclist had right of way in a cycle lane or that he wouldn’t have seen the indicators.
“You absolutely would be able to see them, and you don’t just turn without even slowing down in the first place. Driver’s at fault, deal with it,” one user said.
Another backed them up and said: “He would have overtaken the cyclist before making that turn so he would have known he was there. The Highway Code states that drivers must wait for cyclists to pass when turning left.”
It’s not the only collision that has left viewers divided in recent months either.
