In 2024 Sadiq, then 50, was jailed for 25 years at Sheffield crown court for sexual intercourse with a child under 13, two rapes and sex trafficking.

Amar, then 43, got 16 years for two indecent assaults against Sarah when she was 11.

Sarah, who has waived her right to anonymity, asked in her statement for them to be deported to Pakistan after their release “as this was where they originated from and came here to exploit children”.

But before she entered court on the day, she said that Judge Michael Slater asked to see it.

She claimed it was then returned to her with the deportation part scribbled out, and was told not to read it out.
