MIKEL ARTETA is on a mission to improve the atmosphere at Arsenal as he looks to use every trick in the book to help the team.

“We want to play and win things.

“That’s a non-negotiable.

“You need to have a stadium that is able to create those moments for sure.

“We can learn and take things from many clubs and in there are some great examples as well.”
