His son, Jonathan Andic, is suspected of killing the businessman while they were on the hike together.

Jonathan, 45, claims the fall is a total accident and his dad plummeted while walking and taking pictures.

But investigators from the Mossos d’Esquadra said data from the tycoon’s phone showed no movement before the fatal fall.

The bombshell finding comes as a judge in Martorell continues probing Jonathan.

The damning phone analysis, first reported by El Nacional and seen by EFE, forms part of the evidence in the case.

Prosecutors say the device showed no activity at the moment of the plunge, meaning the camera was not in use and the businessman was motionless.

Cops concluded the lack of movement ruled out distraction as a cause of the horror fall.

The findings directly clash with Jonathan’s initial account given on the day of his dad’s death on December 14, 2024.

He told he had been walking ahead while his dad stopped to take photos on his phone.

Jonathan claimed he was three or four metres in front when he heard stones falling, turned around, and saw a body “rolling among the bushes.”

But in a later statement, he changed his version, saying his dad had only used his phone at the start of the hike.

Phone data backs that second version, showing Isak only took photos and a video at the beginning of the trail.

According to police, he captured three photographs and one video at 12:17pm near the Montserrat route stairs by the Salnitre caves.

The phone was later found in his front trouser pocket by emergency crews.

Investigators said 11 minutes passed between the last phone use and the fatal fall at 12:28pm – enough time to cover the distance to the cliff edge where he plunged around 100 metres.

Despite the inconsistencies, Jonathan’s defence insists the differences are not incriminating.

They argued: “Whether his father took the photos at the beginning or later is completely irrelevant for incriminating purposes.

“Furthermore, it’s not incompatible; he could have stopped at both points (at the start of the ride and fifteen minutes later), and he could even have stopped at fifteen minutes, made the gesture of taking a photograph, and then not actually doing so, as apparently happened.”

His legal team also submitted an expert report claiming the fall was accidental.

The reconstruction suggests Isak stumbled and slipped into the void after his knees gave way due to arthritis, based on a 3D model using mannequins.

But prosecutors point to “contradictions” in Jonathan’s statements as key evidence, which led to a judge setting bail at €1million after his arrest on May 19.

The case took another chilling turn was released.

In the harrowing audio, he can be heard sobbing as he begs for help after his dad plunged nearly 500ft.

“I need help, I need help, my dad has fallen.

“He’s fallen down a ravine. Please send someone, send an ambulance, send someone please.”

The operator asks for his location as Jonathan struggles to speak, saying he is near the Colbato Caves in Montserrat.

He confirms his dad’s age before breaking down when asked if he is conscious.

“I can’t see him,” he wails.

But a court heard the first call Jonathan made was not to emergency services.

Police say he waited four minutes and 38 seconds before making his first call – to his dad’s partner Estefanía Knuth.

He only rang emergency services at 12:36pm – almost eight minutes after the fatal fall.

Investigators have also uncovered explosive messages from Isak’s phone revealing deep family tensions.

In one chilling exchange from July 2024, Jonathan wrote: “It doesn’t surprise me that you thought I was capable of killing you.”

In another message, he said: “I understand now that it was impossible to repair our relationship; I’m not surprised that the rope finally snapped.”

Prosecutors say the messages show relations between father and son had dramatically broken down.

They believe tensions may have been fuelled by fears Isak planned to leave part of his fortune to a charitable foundation.

Messages involving a family therapist reportedly raised the possibility Jonathan could be disinherited.

Authorities say this could point to a potential financial motive.

Further suspicion was raised after police found Jonathan had disabled the step-counting app on his phone days before the incident.

Investigators tracked his movements using mobile tower data, revealing he had visited the same remote spot several times – including just four days before his dad’s death.

Specialist mountain officers who examined the scene rather than a natural slip.

They believe the mark may even have been staged to look like an accident.

Jonathan also allegedly walked the same hiking route three times before the fatal day.

Despite the mounting evidence, he has not been charged and denies any wrongdoing.

He has stepped down as Mango’s vice-president, calling the allegations “serious, unjust and unfounded.”

Prosecutors have opposed attempts to lift travel restrictions, warning he poses a flight risk due to his “very high economic capacity.”

They say evidence including police reports, geolocation data and phone records contradict his version of events.

The investigation into the tycoon’s shocking death is ongoing.
