A LOVE is Blind star has revealed she’s expecting her second child – two years after being diagnosed with cervical cancer while pregnant with her son.

Just three months into her previous pregnancy following an abnormal pap smear.

She carried her son, Yiorgos, to 37.5 weeks, declining treatment until after her baby was born healthy via C-section.

But now, the American reality star has taken to Instagram to announce she’s pregnant with her second babe.

Shania shared a series of snaps alongside her husband, Christos Lardakis, and their son Yiorgos, two.

In one picture, the family could be seen strolling along the beach as Shania cradled her growing baby bump.

Shania, 36, and Christos wrapped their arms around each other as they smiled for the camera.

They all looked overjoyed with little Yiorgos totting around the sand grasping a sonogram picture of his new sibling.

Shania was glowing as she posed in front of the sunset in a low-waisted white skirt and matching backless crop top.

The smitten couple locked lips in another picture as Yiorgos cuddled up between them.

She captioned the post: “Yiorgos has something he’d like to tell you.

“He’s going to be a big brother! God is so good. We are overflowing with gratitude to the Lord as we prepare to welcome our newest little blessing.”

“Congratulations beautiful!!! So happy for you all,” wrote Love is Blind series four contestant .

Netflix star Alexa Lemieux penned: “Ahhhhh I’m so incredibly happy for you!!!! I love you guys so much.”

A fan said: “So happy for you! Another miracle to love.”

After being diagnosed with cancer during her pregnancy with Yiorgos, Shania declined cold-knife conization, a procedure that would likely cause a miscarriage, despite being advised to do so by doctors.

She also declined undergo laparoscopic surgery, chemotherapy and early delivery at 32 weeks.

Two weeks after the birth she experienced a mini-stroke (TIA) that caused facial drooping and numbness in her hands.

Although she recovered without lasting effects, she underwent the cold-knife conization four weeks later, which did not remove all the cancer.

Six weeks after that she had a second procedure, and two weeks later she was informed that she was cancer-free.
