A WOMAN has revealed the McDonald’s breakfast she still orders despite being on a diet.

She revealed that she has lost a total of 9.6stone and regularly shares her healthy and takeaway swaps, this time, she took on the breakfast.
Demi revealed that in the past, she was overeating and it led her to gain a lot of weight, but now she shifted almost 10stone, she was going to keep it off.
She said: “Starting out strong, 135lbs ago, I would have had this beautiful sausage, egg, and cheese bagel.
“She’s gorgeous, but is she 710 calories gorgeous?”
Demi said she would have obviously got a meal which would include a hashbrown for 140 calories and ketchup for an extra 20 calories.
Already, Demi was hitting almost 900 calories for her first of the day, and it didn’t stop there.
She’d also add on a large caramel frappe, which was 650 calories alone but she admitted to adding extra caramel drizzle and Oreo crumbles on top, making her breakfast 1,500 calories in total.
Now that Demi had lost the extra pounds, she revealed her new order at McDonald’s that allowed her to enjoy her cravings without ruining her .
She recommended the bacon, egg and cheese muffin which was 360 calories and she kept her hash brown as well.
Demi also switched the frappe out for a skimmed milk iced latte with sugar-free vanilla syrup which came in at 80 calories.
The entire meal was 580 calories, and it was perfect as a treat without going overboard on calories.
The clip went viral on her TikTok account @ demi_does.it with over 4.9 million views and 634k likes.
People were quick to take to the comments, thanking her for the calorie advice.
One person wrote: “I’m on a calorie deficit right now, so I am only consuming 1400 calories per day. Seeing more than my daily intake in 1 meal is crazy!”
Another commented: “Girl we need more comparisons like this.”

What food do you need for a healthy diet?
IF you want to have good health, a good way to start is from your diet.
The Eatwell Guide shows that to have a healthy, balanced diet, people should try to:
- eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day
- base meals on higher fibre starchy foods like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta
- have some dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks)
- eat some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein
- choose unsaturated oils and spreads, and eat them in small amounts
- drink plenty of fluids (at least 6 to 8 glasses a day)
