THE 1% Club’s future has been confirmed after four series – with bosses looking for fresh participants.

The ITV game show has become a runaway success, bringing in millions of viewers each week.

Its format sees 100 contestants battle it out to win a top prize of £100,000 by answering logic-based questions.

Applications for series five are now underway – and hopefuls have until Friday, September 26 to sign up.

Earlier this year, the show’s official X account was ongoing.

Their post showed asnapof host standing on the set during rehearsals.

Its caption read: “Getting ready. See you very soon for Series 4. #The1PercentClub.”;

Series four subsequently launched later that month.

The Sun previously revealed ITV‘sfor both series four and five.

An insider said at the time: “The show has well and truly proved its popularity with viewers, and so it’s only natural to bring it back for not one, but two more rounds.

“This will also include twospecials, which will air on ITV after the main series have run.”;

Viewers were left shocked when an episode saw on the 90% question.

The 90% question is the first one asked and is generally considered to be “easy”;.

Lee posed the question: “Oliver, Emily and Rosie count from one to twenty taking it in turns to say the numbers.

“Oliver says 1, Emily says 2, Rosie says 3 and so on. Who will say number 20?”;

After 30 seconds were up, a massive 14 contestants had been knocked out.

Lee explained that the answer was Emily – as there are three of them, they will count to number 18 in order finishing with Rosie.

Oliver will then say 19 followed by Emily finishing with 20.

Elsewhere, a tricky question involving dice saw

The question read: “Using only the faces of the dice you can see and each of them just once, how many different ways can you add them together to make a total of ten?”;

An image then flashed up on the screen with faces of a dice ranging from one to five.

Only the number six was missing.

Players were then given 30 seconds to see if they could figure out all the possible combinations.

Going on to share details of the answer, Lee toldthe 100and the viewers at home that the right answer was the number three.

Using the 5, 4 and 1 allowed for an answer of 10 as did using the 5, 3 and 2.

The final option saw the number 5 ditched with 4, 3, 2 and 1 all being added together to make 10.
