“Resident Playbook” And Its Stars Dominate Most Buzzworthy Drama And Actor Rankings

Once again, tvN’s “Resident Playbook”; topped this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!

For the second week in a row, “Resident Playbook”; remained No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.

In addition to “Resident Playbook”; topping this week’s list of the most buzzworthy dramas, its stars also continued to dominate the list of most buzzworthy drama cast members, where Go Youn Jung and Jung Joon Won held onto their respective spots at No. 1 and No. 2.

Meanwhile, ENA’s “New Recruit 3”; maintained its position at No. 2 on the drama list this week.

JTBC’s “Heavenly Ever After”; rose to No. 3 on the drama list, with stars Kim Hye Ja and Son Suk Ku climbing to No. 4 and No. 5 respectively on the actor list.

SBS’s “The Haunted Palace”; took No. 4 on this week’s drama list, while leads BTOB’s Yook Sungjae and WJSN’s Kim Ji Yeon (Bona) ranked No. 6 and No. 7 respectively on the actor list.

The top 10 TV dramas that generated the most buzz this week are as follows:

4. SBS “The Haunted Palace”;
5. tvN “The Divorce Insurance”;
6. KBS2 “Cinderella Game”;

While the drama list only includes series airing on broadcast television, the newly integrated actor list also includes cast members from OTT shows.

The cast of “Weak Hero Class 2”; made a strong showing on this week’s list, with Park Ji Hoon at No. 3, Lee Jun Young at No, 8, and Ryeoun at No. 9.

Finally, “When Life Gives You Tangerines”; star IU made the list at No. 10.
