One of her most controversial parenting methods is that she lets her kids eat “whatever they want.”;

“They eat broccoli for dinner and sometimes crisps for breakfast,”; she said.

Kelly revealed that she uses this method so that her children don’t develop in the future.

However, many people in the video’s comments section pointed out that it is important for children to have a healthy, nutritious diet.

Another parenting method that raised eyebrows with some was the fact that Kelly never carries baby wipes around.

“That’s what my sleeves are for,”; she said, implying that she wipes her children’s faces with her sleeve.

Some of her less controversial rules, which were praised by many, include shopping second-hand, allowing her kids to be bored and answering her children’s questions honestly.

Kelly’s (@deerkelly) video has likely struck a chord with many, as it has racked up over 2.6 million views.

TikTok users raced the comments section to share their thoughts, with some criticising her methods.

One person said: “The only thing I disagree with is the wipes.

“Being clean is generally a good thing.”;
