NWFL: Remo Stars Ladies Adjei wins best goalkeeper award

Remo Stars Ladies goalkeeper, Charlotte Adjei has won the 2025 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) best goalkeeper award.

The Ghanaian shot stopper recorded 10 clean sheets in 19 games during the season.

Adjei also received a cash price of N200,000 from the Judith Chime Foundation for her effort.

Remo Stars Ladies finished fifth in the just concluded NWFL Super Six playoff tournament in Ikenne.

They recorded two wins, one draw and two defeats in the competition.

Bayelsa Queens won the NWFL title after finishing top in the playoff competition.
