LUKE LITTLER broke a record set by HIMSELF on Night 13 of Premier League Darts.
During his quarter-final match against in Birmingham, the 18-year-old managed to score his 129th 180 of the season.


As a result, he surpassed the previous record (128) set by himself last term for the most 180s in a single campaign â and with four nights remaining, including the final at London’s O2 Arena.
The quarter-final meeting between and Bunting went down to the wire, with after a deciding leg.
Prior to the match, Bunting said: “I because I’ve got him in that first game!
“I’ll probably leave it until after the game, and hopefully I can get a result against him.
“He’s such a fantastic player, he’s brought a new breath of fresh air to darts.
“You can see it now with the demographic of the fans that are following our sport.
“He’s brought it right down, there’s young kids getting involved.
“I did a Bullseye Maths session the other day and the teacher at the start of the session asked how many people had picked up darts, and this was a group between 8 and 9, and everyone apart from one person had picked up darts.
“It just goes to show how far our sport has come in such a little time.”;
Following his quarter-final win over Bunting, Littler was put against Nathan Aspinall in the semi-finals.
