A HEALTH update has been issue on Lorraine amid the host’s health battle show absence.
Bank Holiday Monday saw Kelly, 65, absent from her iconic ITV show after .
was standing in for Lorraine this morning after the Scottish presenter revealed her battle over the weekend.
Sian, 38, explained that Lorraine is “planning to be back as soon as she can”;.
, who also opened Monday’s show with Sian, then revealed that Lorraine is “following doctors orders”;.
He also said that it’s hard to get Lorraine to follow orders.
Lorraine revealed over the weekend that she was having “a wee procedure”;.
Taking to her page from her hospital bed and while donning a hospital gown, the Scottish star said: “Just wanted to let you know I’m having a wee procedure today.
“I’ve not been feeling all that well for a little while, so I had some scans and tests, and I have to have my ovaries and my tubes taken out.”;
Lorraine added some reassuring words, saying: ‘It’s purely preventative.
“It’s going to be with keyhole surgery, which is incredible, I’m being very well looked after.
“And I’ll obviously see you really soon, and I’m gonna be totally fine,”; she said in the video.
Fans were quick to comment on Lorraine’s TV absence on Monday.
