Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Command, CP Miller Dantawaye, has charged the newly graduated officers of Course seven from the ongoing in-house Refresher Training to uphold professionalism, commitment, hard work, and improved service delivery.
The Kogi State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) SP William Ovye Aya quoted the Commissioner to have given the charge during the course seven graduation ceremony held in Lokoja.
He urged the officers to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the one-week intensive training to ensure better and more effective service delivery in their respective areas of deployment.
The Police Commissioner commended their level of commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience exhibited during the training, noting that with the performance displayed, the Command is poised to experience enhanced service delivery.
“The CP also commended the Commanding Officer, 37 PMF Lokoja, ACP Abubakar Umar, for successfully coordinating the training exercise, as well as the instructors for their unwavering dedication to building the capacity of officers in the Command.
“He further disclosed that the next batch of trainees, Course 8, will commence their one-week training on Monday, 12th May, 2025,”;; the statement added.
