KIRSTIE Allsopp opened up on her relationship with long-time cohost, Phil Spencer, admitting they don’t socialise much outside of work.
The Location, Location, Location stars are celebrating the show’s and their long running on-screen partnership.



Over the years, the pair have face speculation there is a romantic interest between them, which they have denied.
Phil has been married to wife Fiona since 2001 and secretly married her property developer partner, Ben Anderson, earlier this year.
But now, Kirstie has admitted the TV hosts don’t socialise much outside of work amid speculation of a feud between them after
Guests at Kirstie’s wedding did not know they were attending a ceremony until the last minute, and Phil was in New Zealand at the time.
“We don’t socialise, because we work so much together,”; Kirstie told The Telegraph.
“But we’re very, very fond of each other. There’s no one else who’s been through this experience. I put Kirstie among the most important people in my life.”;
They were adamant that they are key players in each other’s lives, with Kirstie saying, “in the most significant parts of our lives, we’ve been there for each other.”;
“I think Phil was one of the first people I ever told I was pregnant,”; she said.
Following her impromptu wedding, Kirstie explained why Phil was not there.
“On Thursday, Ben and I were married at The Grosvenor Chapel, where my parents and grandparents were married, and where we celebrated my father’s life in June,”; she told The Mail on Sunday in January.
“We had with us a small group of close friends and family who only heard about the wedding on Monday.
“The flowers, the catering, the order of service and the lighting were all done by people I have worked with over the years who kept it all secret and put together an amazing event at very short notice, though because of that short notice some beloved friends and family couldn’t be there, including Phil.”;
Channel 4 will dedicate an entire night of programming to Location, Location, Location on its 25th anniversary, featuring the launch of a brand-new series as well as two new one-offs.
Since the property show began in May 2000, presentersandhave helped almost 750 people with their property searches, viewing almost 1,800.
The new series will launch at 8pm on May 14, followed by two one-off specials at 9pm and 10pm
In the brand new series Kirstie and Phil assist more home seekers in Northand North, before heading to Stirling and East Dunbartonshire, Oxfordshire, South,, Chelmsford and.
Inthe anniversary special called, 25 Years of Location Location Location, Kirstie and Phil take a trip down memory lane.
The pair will look chronologically at the dramatic socio-economic timeline of the UK property market since the show’s inception.
Showing the ups and downs of a nation wanting a place to call home.
They will also examine the changing demands, propertyandacross the years â including an offer chat in a phone box.
