KATE Lawler has locked horns with her neighbour in a huge dispute â leaving them “fuming.”;;
The broadcaster, 45, admitted the local had “gone mad”;; after discovering her actions, which came amid a spot of DIY in the garden.

, who lives in an, filmed a video inside one room on the upper floor as she explained her dilemma.
The alum pulled on a blue top and styled her blonde hair in loose waves as she spoke to the camera and asked her Instagram followers: “Would you go mad if your neighbour painted the back of your shed?”;;
She continued: “The reason I ask is because I’ve painted the back of my neighbour’s shed and I didn’t ask her.
“She’s gone mad. She’s not happy at all.”;;
In her video caption, Kate added further detail to the difficult scenario.
She added: “Why do I always get myself in these situations?
“I’m in trouble with my neighbour for painting the back of their shed a different colour.
“Won’t be doing it again as in hindsight I know I should have asked first, but I didn’t think it would be a big deal given that they can’t see it?
“It has made me wonder though... Would you be annoyed if you discovered the back of your shed (which you couldn’t see) had been painted by the neighbour whose garden backed on to yours?
“Have you had a similar fall out with your neighbour? Basically, am I an a***hole and should I buy them flowers and a box of milk tray to apologise?”;;
In the comments section, the radio presenter’s fans were hugely divided.
One simply posted: “I’d be furious.”;;
A second put: “Mmmmmm it’s her shed so yeh she has the right to kick off bab soz.”;;
A third then wrote: “To be fair I’ve just paid nearly £600 for my shed and wouldn’t want someone painting it without asking so I can see why she’s fed up ... it’s her property.”;;
Yet others took the opposing stance, and one wrote: “Wouldn’t care less if I couldn’t see it but yea suppose u should of asked first love u bubs xxx.”;;
Another joked: “I’d love it! ..you’re the famous Kate Lawler! That’s like having a Banksy on your shed.”;;
A third confessed: “This is so similar to an issue we have. And I’m sorry, but that woman shouldn’t care. She can’t see it.
“It doesn’t affect her at all. People are just creating something for no reason now.”;;
Later on, she took to her Stories for another video to apologise to her neighbour after realising what she had done was “illegal”;; and tantamount to “trespassing.”;;
She added: “WARNING! Do not lean into your neighbours garden and paint the back of their shed / fence or anything as it’s actually illegal. It’s considered trespassing or vandalism, which I genuinely didn’t realise I at the time.
“So like I suggested in my previous video, I’m going to buy them a sorry present and apologise. Sorry if I offended you in my actions too.
“Just remember what Albert Einstein once said.... The man who never made any mistakes never made anything. x”;;
