DISGRACED former newsreader Huw Edwards has ignored BBC pleas to return the £200,000 he was paid after his arrest on paedophile charges.
The corporation’s chairman said yesterday that the former News at Ten anchor had repeatedly been asked to “just give it back”;.



Mr Shah told Times Radio: “We’ve been asking him and asking him and asking him.
“We’re getting legal advice on it.”;
He then made a direct appeal to saying: “If Huw is listening, give it back.
“Just give it back.
“You know you should do it.”;
