Horse racing tips: ‘She scored nicely on her comeback’ – Templegate’s 11-4 NAP can strike at Worcester

Published on May 12, 2025 at 10:59 PM

TEMPLEGATE tackles Tuesday’s racing confident of banging in a few winners.

Back a horse by clicking their odds below.

OUR LIL (5.35 Worcester, nap).

She had too much on her plate in a hot Cheltenham contest last time and is back from a whopping 9lb lower in the weights. Harry Skelton takes over from an amateur rider today and this four-year-old scored nicely at Doncaster on comeback. She can strike again.

LARCHILL LASS (2.42 Beverley, nb)

Looked ready to win when running well over course and distance last time. This quick ground is ideal and the first-time cheekpieces could give him a nudge he needs.

ZAPPATA (4.12 Beverley, treble)

Clocked up the four-timer easily at Ripon on Friday. He’s now saddled with a 12lb penalty but he can strike again upped in trip.

GAVIN (7.40 Sedgefield, Lucky 15)

Had almost ten lengths in hand when scooting in at Ffos Las. A 7lb penalty shouldn’t be enough to stop him kept to his favourite trip. He goes from the front and will take a lot of pegging back.
