2025 U-20 AFCON: Flying Eagles, Senegal to battle  for World Cup spot

Nigeria and Senegal will clash in the quarter-final of the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Senegal secured a spot in the last eight after a 2-0 win over the Democratic Republic of Congo in their final group game on Thursday.
The defending champions finished second in Group C behind the Black Satellites of Ghana.
They will face the Flying Eagles in an all-West African affair at the Suez Canal Stadium, Ismailia, next Monday.
The game will kick off at 1 p.m. Nigerian time.
Both countries met at the U-20 AFCON two years ago, with Senegal coming out on top 1-0.
The winner of the quarter-final tie will earn a spot at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
