Littler – who is defending his 2024 title – managed to avoid big names like Gerwyn Price, Gary Anderson and Nathan Aspinall.
Instead, he was drawn in a group with Daryl Gurney, Connor Scutt and Karel Sedlacek.
He will still face a testing time against Gurney, who won the World Cup of Darts with Josh Rock for Northern Ireland.
Greaves, meanwhile, was handed a tough draw and will have to face off against three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen, as well as Anderson and Niko Springer.
Elsewhere, there is a mouth-watering group on offer in Group A’s ‘Group of Death’ after world No 1 Luke Humphries was pitted against Aspinall, Michael Smith and Alex Spellman.
Group D should be a tasty affair too as seeded James Wade is joined by Price, Ricky Evans and Stefan Bellmont.
Littler will kick off his defence by facing Karel Sedlacek first up, while Greaves will start off with a tough clash against Van Gerwen.
The opening fixtures will start on Saturday November 8, although the times have not yet been confirmed.

The tournament will see on a quest to become the top-ranked player in the world, with the tournament ending on November 16.
Each of the four groups contains four stars, who play each other once before the top two progress to the knockouts.
Littler is desperate to become world No1, and victory at the Grand Slam could see that dream come true.
He has won seven of the 10 TV majors since turning pro in January 2024.
And with Littler also the reigning world champ, he will be keen to head back to the Ally Pally next month with another huge title defence to his name.
Today’s draw came at a Modus exhibition night in Derby.

That’s because he admitted she is a major threat to his plans for world darts domination.
Littler chuckled: “You best not be taking that tour card!”
He also added: “Fair play to Beau Greaves, all the best in Minehead, some talent.”
Littler isn’t the only star who reckons Greaves can shake things up, with world No1 Luke Humphries also backing her for success.
He said: “I think she’s an amazing player and she deserves it. I predict that she will flourish playing in it.
“She’s been a really great player on the secondary tours this year. She’s good on the challenge tour, the development tour and she’ll be a real threat going forward for all the players.
“Not just for me but for everyone. I think she’ll do really well. If she’s relaxed and got no pressure on her shoulders, I believe she will be top 64 within the two years.”
