A Federal High Court located in Abuja has mandated the temporary forfeiture of 57 properties believed to be the proceeds of illegal activities allegedly associated with the former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.

The presiding judge, Emeka Nwite, issued this order following an ex parte application submitted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), represented by its attorney, Ekele Iheanacho.
