The potting quartet, who share an astonishing 12 world titles between them, will take part in the two-day event in Reading, which has a total prize pot of £70,000.
There will also be a £1,000 prize for the highest break across the seven games at the Crucible Sports & Social Club in Reading and a £5,000 bonus for a maximum 147 break.
The format consists of 900 seconds (15 minutes) on the table, a 20-second timer for each shot, ball in hand for fouls and a sudden-death blue-ball deadlock shootout to settle ties.
Higgins – who recently lost to China’s Wu Yize in the International final – will face Barry Hawkins and the winner of that tie would then play either Williams or Gary Wilson in the semi-finals.
The other two quarters will pit Selby against Xiao Guodong while Robertson’s opponent is to be confirmed.
The quarters and semis will be the best of 11 frames while the final is a best-of-13 session.
All the action will be streamed live on Pluto TV and fans can attend in person to watch some of the best potters on the planet.

The Rocket, who turns 50 month, said: “It is great to see some of the top boys playing 900. It will be great for viewers of Pluto TV as well.”
The line-up is a real coup for the organisers, especially as it takes place the week before the stars travel to York for the UK Championship.
