THE late Sir Terry Wogan’s £3.75m mansion went up for sale four weeks ago – but has had ZERO viewings since going on the market.

The broadcasting legend’s son Mark blamed Chancellor Rachel Reeves ‘ tax plans for “killing off the housing market “.

He and his siblings are selling off the family home after Terry’s wife Lady Helen Wogan , passed away at the age of 88 in September.

The couple, who were married for 51 years and had four children, purchased the seven-bedroom Buckinghamshire property in 1975.

It boasts a tennis court, a swimming pool, a croquet lawn, an orchard and views of Windsor Castle.

Appearing on Mike Graham’s Plank of the Week on TalkTV, the couple’s youngest son Mark said: “It’s interesting how you say Rachel Reeves is killing off the housing market. She’s killed it already.

“Unfortunately my mother passed away last year. We are trying to sell the family home.

“You’d think someone would come round, even just out of interest, thinking, ‘Oh I’d quite like to go round and see ‘ Terry Wogan ‘s house’.”

“But no one’s come to see it. No one, not one single person. That’s how dead the economy is.”

He added: “It’s a steal. I’ll show you around.”

Ms Reeves has ordered Treasury officials to draw up radical reforms to Britain’s property taxes to raise cash and boost growth – sparking fears it could blow up the housing market .

Ideas on the table include scrapping  stamp duty  and replacing it with a yearly property levy, or slapping top-end homes with  council tax  hikes.

The Chancellor wants tax reform to be the centrepiece of her  Autumn Budget  as she battles a  multi-billion blackhole  in the nation’s finances.

It comes in the same week legal challenges against some of the  210 migrant hotels  housing around 32,000 asylum seekers.

Mike, who hosts Plank of the Week every Friday on YouTube, said: “Maybe after this you’ll get a few enquiries,” before joking: “Or you could turn it into a migrant hotel.”

Children in Need host Terry died from cancer aged 77 in January 2016.

  • 7 bedrooms all with views of the gardens and grounds

When his wife Helen died nine years later, she left a £5million fortune in her estate.

A £100,000 trust was also set up for each of her five grandchildren, to be made available to them when they turn 25.

The remainder of the  money  and her possessions were split between all three living children, including son Mark.

Sir Terry and Helen tragically lost their first baby, Vanessa, to a heart condition just a few weeks after she was born in 1966.
