Schweinsteiger names his greatest XI of all time, omits Messi, Ronaldo [Full list]

Former Bayern Munich and Manchester United midfielder, Bastian Schweinsteiger, has named his greatest XI of all time, excluding Paris Saint-Germain’s Lionel Messi and Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo from the list.

In a video tweet via his Twitter handle on Wednesday, Schweinsteiger fails to name Messi and Ronaldo in his all-time XI.

The Germany legend, Instead named four of his former Bayern Munich teammates as well as several World Cup winners in the list.

Schweinsteiger named Manuel Neuer, who won the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, as his goalkeeper.

He also named his former club and country captain Philipp Lahm at right-back, with Brazil legend Roberto Carlos at left-back.

Here is Schweinsteiger’s All-Time-XI:

Robert Lewandowski, Eric Cantona, Roberto Baggio, Thomas Muller, Frank Ribery, Lothar Matthaus, Zinedine Zidane, Roberto Carlos, Philipp Lahm, Fanz Beckenbauer, Leonardo Bonucci and Manuel Neuer.
