ROB Rinder has said a kid yelled “Heil Hitler” at him on a London street, just days after two Jewish men were stabbed in Golders Green.

The abuse comes at a heightened time with Britain’s Jewish community coming under attack.

“I wasn’t sure whether to share this. I hadn’t experienced that personally before.”

Mr Rinder’s maternal grandfather Morris Malenicky was a survivor of the .

In his social media post he emphasised the need for young people to be educated about antisemitism.

He added: “The most striking thing: I wasn’t shocked. No threat. No anger. Not a victim. Just: what has he been taught? Hatred is learned. We are not defined by it. We answer it by what we teach.”

Britain’s has warned about the rising tide of antisemitic and what he described as “a sustained effort to terrorise the Jewish people”.

In March, four ambulances from the non-profit Jewish organisation Hatzola, were in Golders Green.

Then there were attempts to burn down synagogues in Harrow and Finchley as well as a Jewish shop in Hendon.

There has been a sharp rise in antisemitic incidents following the attack on by the terror group Hamas on October 7, 2023, when some 1,200 people were killed and the following response by the IDF.

Before the start of the Gaza war, Jews in London reported an average of 58 antisemitic crimes a month.

In the period afterwards this leapt to 132.

In the past year, this has declined to 96, but still nearly twice that of the pre-war figure.

In October, a man drove a car into pedestrians and stabbed worshippers at the Heaton Park Synagogue in on the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, Yom Kippur.

Mr Rinder visited the synagogue last week.

Following his visit he wrote on Instagram: “The strength of the community there is something you feel immediately. As the horror unfolded, Rabbi Walker carried on the service.

“With quiet insistence, he carried on. He kept the prayers going to the very final prayer. That is Jewish life.

“That is how it works. Not loud. Not for show. Just the quiet, stubborn refusal to stop. And somehow, that is where hope begins.”

The leader of The Zack Polanksi came under fire for t for bashing cops after the Golders Green stabbings.

The post retweeted by Mr Polanski accused brave cops of “repeatedly and violently” kicking the suspect after he was tasered.

Party leaders piled into Mr Polanski after chief said his “misinformed commentary” had been “contributing to rising tensions”.

Mr Polanski later said: “Everyone in leadership has a responsibility for lowering the temperature at a time of such tension, and I apologise for sharing a tweet in haste. responses to emergency situations such as these do need later reflection in the right forums, but I accept that social media is not the appropriate channel for doing so.”
