Appeal Al-Khelaifis should evoke criticism
However, Al-Khelaïfi is also currently threatening trouble from UEFA.
The European Football Union is investigating PSG for possible violations of the Financial Fair Play. The scheme aims to provide more equal opportunities in club football. Associations must therefore not spend more money than they take in unlimited amounts and the donations from sponsors must be market-standard. A conflict of interest of the Qatar could be suspected.
