Netflix is slowly increasing its anime content, with tons of new original series and adaptations that are simply a sight to behold. So far, the streaming platform has graced us with The Way of the Househusband and Yasuke, but these samurai and yakuza are going to have to make room for Eden.

What is Eden on Netflix about?
Eden is about a young girl named Sara living in a world that is void of human beings. Having been brought up by robots, she has a limited understanding of just what caused this situation and why she’s the only one that’s not a robot.

The cast of Eden features voice actors Kyoko Hikami as A37, Terrace House‘s Kentaro Ito as E92, Cowboy Bebop‘s Koichi Yamadera as Zero, and Marika Kono as Sara.

Looks like Yasuhiro Irie, the animator of the legendary anime Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, is returning with some more heat. He’s the director of this upcoming release and we know that he is definitely going to deliver.
