Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness synopsis

Society’s most elite must come together to fight the impending doom of blood-thirsty zombies, but when motives and priorities conflict, will this group be victorious, or will humanity become a memory of the past?

Here’s the official synopsis, via Netflix:

In the present (2006), a hacking incident occurs on a top secret White House file. Four agents, including Leon S. Kennedy and Jason, the “Hero of Penamstan,” are invited to the White House to investigate this incident. However, when the lights suddenly go out, they are forced to take down a horde of mysterious zombies alongside the SWAT team.

The cast for Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness includes Resident Evil 2 voice actor Nick Apostolides as Leon S. Kennedy, Stephanie Panisello as Claire Redfield, Ray Chase as Jason, Jona Xiao as Shen May, Billy Kametz as Patrick, Joe J. Thomas as Graham, Doug Stone as Wilson, and the late Brad Venable as Ryan.

Additionally, Eiichiro Hasumi, who directed the Assassination Classroom live-action film, will also be directing this series, so you can rest assured knowing that this adaptation is in good hands.
