There aren’t a lot of mythical creature series on Netflix, and the lack of popular folklore on such a popular streaming platform sounds like it could be a solid conspiracy theory on why we’ve never seen Sasquatch and Netflix in the same place.
Conspiracy theories aside, the documentary Sasquatch reminds us of all the uncertainties that lie in this vast world and really forces us to ask if we are truly the only intelligent species that walk this earth.
Sasquatch has received an amazing critic score of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes, and with such a great score, you’re probably wondering where you can get in all on this Sasquatch talk.
We tell you where you can stream the documentary and more down below.
Is Sasquatch on Netflix?
No, it’s on Northern Californian terrain.
Just kidding, but no, the documentary is not on Netflix.
The Bigfoot documentary currently has three episodes available to stream, and you can only watch all the episodes on Hulu.
Additionally, being that the series is on Hulu, it is highly likely that it will remain only on Hulu for a while, if not, forever. However, it is still possible that in the coming months that Netflix releases the docuseries on their platform as well. Or, in the streaming giant’s true fashion, release their own original series about Bigfoot.
What is Sasquatch about?
Sasquatch is about how documentarian David Holthouse puts together clues to find out who was behind a triple-homicide in Northern California. Holthouse believes that it was the work of the mythical beast, but the residents aren’t too easily convinced.
More on the official synopsis here:
While visiting a pot farm in Northern California in 1993, investigative journalist David Holthouse heard a story that still haunts him. On a nearby farm three men were torn limb from limb in a savage Bigfoot attack. Sasquatch follows David as he revisits the Redwoods 25 years later in search of any evidence that might lead to the truth of what happened that night. As he pulls at the threads of this story he’ll be taken down a path that’s far more terrifying than anyone would have imagined.
Though not on Netflix, this docuseries is certainly one to watch and you don’t want to miss the thrilling truth behind Sasquatch.Next: Netflix is adding 15 new movies and shows this week
