How To Make Fried Fish Recipe



• Pieces of fish — 1 kg • Basin (filtered) — 1 cup
• Egg whites — 3 pieces
• Lemon juice — 4 tablespoons
• Roasted and crushed white cumin —- 1 tbsp
• Packed fish spices —- 1 piece
Crushed turmeric one and a half tablespoon
Chopped red pepper —- 2 tablespoons
• White vinegar —- 2 tablespoons
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• To sprinkle coriander


  • Add vinegar and leave for 10 minutes without washing the fish
  • Then wash and mix turmeric and lemon juice and salt
  • Lubricate you
  • Spread the fish on it and cook it until its water is dry and take it out on a plate
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in the basin
  • Wrap one of the fish carcasses in a basin
  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Fry the fish in it until golden and add it to the absorbent food
  • Place them on a serving dish and sprinkle with green coriander
  • Serve with delicious fish ketchup
