‘Not quite right…’ – Man Utd icon Paul Scholes claims Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp has ‘fallen out’ with Jordan Henderson

PAUL SCHOLES reckons Jurgen Klopp has “fallen out” with Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson.

It comes after the Manchester United legend sensed “there is something not quite right there”.

Paul Scholes reckon something is going on between Jurgen Klopp and Jordan Henderson

Liverpool are enduring a poor season under their German manager.

The Reds have won just four of their 11 league matches so far.

And they hit a new low on Saturday by losing 1-0 to newly-promoted Nottingham Forest.

Fan favourite Henderson, 32, could only manage a spot on the bench for Liverpool’s latest defeat.

He failed to influence the game after coming on for the final 28 minutes.

And it’s led to Scholes questioning whether something has happened behind the scenes.

Henderson is yet to fully win his spot back after suffering a hamstring injury in September.

But Scholes believes he may have had a falling-out with boss Klopp.

That’s because as captain, Henderson should be starting every game possible for Liverpool.

The former England midfielder told Premier League Productions: “He [Klopp] has Jordan Henderson on the bench, he should be playing.

“He is the leader of the team. He’s the captain and the one, the Casemiro-type of role, and he gets everyone ticking around.

“He seems to have fallen out with him or carrying an injury. There is something not quite right there.”

Henderson has been at Liverpool since 2011 after a £20million switch from Sunderland.

He’s since scored 33 times in 462 matches, winning a Premier League title, FA Cup and Champions League.

Henderson also has 70 caps for England and looks a shoe-in for the plane to Qatar next month.
