He is considered the most important beauty contest in Germany. Rather unusual: Among the 16 participants this year, the oldest prevailed.
The crown stays in Stuttgart: Like her predecessor Nadine Berneis comes from the capital of Baden-Württemberg
The police officer Nadine Berneis from Stuttgart is the new “Miss Germany”. The 28-year-old left behind 15 competitors in the election at Europa-Park in Rust near Freiburg late on Saturday evening.
“It’s a dream come true for me,” Berneis said after her victory. She will take a leave of absence as a policewoman for a year and concentrate on working as a beauty queen during this time. This has already been clarified.
The 16 “Miss Germany” finalists aged 19 to 28: who is the most beautiful in the country?
Berneis, who works as a cybercrime investigator at a police station in downtown Stuttgart, was the oldest participant in this year’s competition. She received a car for a year, clothes and travel for her victory – in addition to a crown.
Last October, Berneis (blonde hair, blue eyes) had become “Miss Baden-Württemberg” and thus qualified for the nationwide election. Her term as new “Miss Germany” lasts one year.
On the side of the new queen: “Miss Saxony” Anastasia Aksak (l.) And “Miss Hamburg” Pricilla Klein (r.)
Vice-Miss Germany 2019 became the 23-year-old student Pricilla Klein from Hamburg, third place was Anastasia Aksak (22) – also a student – from Leipzig.
