A MIGRANT driver who killed a mum, stepdad and daughter in a 90mph crash while high on a cocktail of drugs has been freed.
The victims – Lisa Carter, 49, her husband Paul, 41, and her daughter Jade Mace, 25 – died after their car was struck by a high-powered BMW on the A47, near King’s Lynn, .

Lithuanian migrant Aurelijus Cielevicius smashed head-on into the family’s Mokka as they travelled in the opposite direction.
Tragically, none of the could be saved and were all declared dead at the scene.
Cielevicius, who escaped with minor injuries, was under the influence of a cocktail of and had been travelling at more than 90mph before the fatal collision.
Now, the 42-year-old has been freed after serving just three years behind bars following a ten-and-a-half year prison sentence in June 2023.
He was deported to Lithuania under plan to free up prison spaces.
Summer Mace, 26, who lost her mother, stepfather, and sister in the horror smash took to to vent her anger at the “devastating” news that Cielevicius had been released.
“Overall, he served 3 years and 1 month for killing three beautiful people.”
“We tried to fight against this injustice again but it is so difficult when we are fighting against people of the highest power who refuse to make changes or listen,” she said.
“That man is free now, free to go anywhere in the world other than the UK. He can now live his life whilst we are all stuck with a life sentence.”
She added that she is “still fighting” and that the “damaged” justice system needs to be exposed.
According to EDP , Summer received a letter from minister Lord Timpson saying he could not intervene in the case, leaving her “disappointed and insulted”.
The case has been raised in the Commons during Prime Minister’s Questions by the MP for North West Norfolk, James Wild who asked whether the Prime Minister could see “what steps can be taken”.
The Prime Minister described it as a “terrible case” and had said he would look into it as “quickly as possible.”
Norwich Crown was told Cielevicius had sped through red traffic lights in the moments before the crash.

He was overtaking another at speed when he ploughed into the family.
Cielevicius was taken to after he was sedated for being agitated and uncooperative at the scene.
Medics found he had suffered minor injuries including two broken ribs and he was arrested and later charged.
Toxicology tests revealed the driver was high on a toxic cocktail of crystal meth, and party drug MCAT when he smashed into the family.
He was found to be 15 times over the legal limit for methamphetamine and three times over the limit for cannabis while Mephedrone was also found in his system.
Yet he was jailed for just ten-and-a-half-years, a sentence Summer deemed “unacceptable”.
