Upcoming film “Hi-5”;; has released a new character teaser!
“Hi-5”;; is a comic action adventure about five people who unexpectedly gain different superpowers through organ transplants and must defend themselves against those who seek to exploit their abilities.
The new video introduces each character and their newfound abilities. First up is Wan Seo (Lee Jae In), a Taekwondo fighter who exhibits incredible strength and speed. She reveals her bold and fiery personality as she brushes off her powers by cheekily commenting, “I just thought my growth plates had exploded.”;;
Next is Ji Seong (Ahn Jae Hong), an aspiring writer who gains the ability to generate powerful gusts of wind thanks to a lung transplant. As he blows away everything in his path, he adds comedic flair by quirkily remarking, “Here comes the oxygen tank.”;;
Sun Nyeo (Ra Mi Ran), who has received a kidney transplant, remains unsure of her powers, hinting at a potential slow burn for her character development. In contrast, Yak Seon (Kim Hee Won) has an easily identifiable superpower: he acquires healing abilities through a liver transplant.
The teaser then takes a darker turn with the introduction of Young Chun (GOT7’s Jinyoung), a mysterious cult leader who gains the power to absorb youth after receiving a pancreas transplant. His eerie presence suggests an antagonistic role that threatens the “Hi-5”;; team.
Finally, Jong Min (Oh Jung Se), Wan Seo’s father, brings his own unique charm to the group. He is described as having the greatest superpower of all—being a father—suggesting that he will play a heartwarming and heroic role in the film.
