LaLiga: Ancelotti gives date for decision on Real Madrid future

Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has said he will not discuss his future with the club until the current LaLiga season comes to an end.

According to Ancelotti, his “affection”; and “respect”; for the club will not allow him provide more details.

The Italian is widely expected to depart the Bernabeu this summer, following a poor campaign with Los Blancos.

Madrid have been eliminated from the Champions League by Arsenal and lost the Copa del Rey final to Barcelona on Sunday.

However, Ancelotti’s men are still in the LaLiga title race, just four points behind Barça with five games to play.

“I have a lot of affection for my club, my players and the fans, and at the same time, respect,”; Ancelotti told a news conference on Saturday when asked if he could “clarify”; his plans.

“I’ll talk about my future on May 25, and not before ... I don’t have to talk now about what might happen on May 25.”;
