A FURIOUS Eamonn Holmes has hit back at vile trolls that have accused him of cheating on Ruth Langsford as he’s rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
Eammon was taken to hospital by ambulance this morning after suffering a nasty bathroom fall.
The TV presenter shared a snap of himself in the back of the rapid response vehicle having been stretchered in.
He told fans: “An unexpected journeythis morning..... bit of a fall on the bathroom floor.
“Gosh it hurts. Thank you Ambulance crew.”;
He later updated his fans with a photo of himself in hospital captioned: “Not how I wanted to be spending The Holiday weekend but life’s not easy these days,
The 65-year-old has struggled with his mobility for the last few years as he battles intense back pain.
Eamonn – who is often seen out in aor on crutches – was flooded with support from worried fans who wished him a speedy recovery.
But some fans weren’t as kind and Eamonn hit back at the cruel trolls.
“Eamonn your falling apart since you done the dirt on @ruthlangsford”; stated one of his followers.
But Eamon hit right back and retorted: “Says the man whose profile reads “Be kind and be Nice.”;
Fans also jumped in and one added: “No need to say anything at all about Ruth!”;
“You need to change your bio, you obviously don’t know the meaning of kindness or nice”; agreed another.
While a third said: “What a stupid comment you no nothing about the situation its private.”;
Eammon’s chronic condition began unexpectedly in 2021 and soon he was unable to walk without a stick to help him.
The pain was caused by a, which later resulted in him sustaining three slipped disks.
While recovering from surgery, hein Weybridge and broke his shoulder.
A further spine and neck procedure in 2023 did little to aid Eamonn’s pain.
He has admitted the pain has led to him having countless “sleepless nights”; and caused rows with his estranged wifeover how much medication he relies on taking.
