The feuding pair are set for a dramatic face-off when long-buried secrets from their murky pasts come spilling out – and it’s set to change everything on the cobbles.

As tensions reach boiling point, fans can expect shock twists, brutal confrontations and a truth that could destroy lives.

Next week on the soap, both Kit’s loved ones and the entire street are thrown into danger, culminating in a shocking and harrowing event.

Meanwhile, Craig’s life hangs in the balance as he battles for survival.

With history threatening to repeat itself, Kit must face the terrifying reality that his future may be just as haunted as his past.

During another heated exchange between Kit and Mick, Kit lets slip a dangerous piece of information – Lou’s loyalty to Mick may not be as strong as he believes.

The residents worry when Lou suddenly goes radio silent.

As tension escalates, Sean and Gemma begin to worry about Lou’s safety.

Desperate to do the right thing, Sean goes to the police station, admitting he lied about Mick’s assault – revealing it was Mick who nearly killed him.

But with his rage boiling over, Mick speeds off in his van, determined to take matters into his own hands.

Kit tries to reach Mick, only to be met with a furious outburst before Mick hangs up.

As Mick spirals further, are Kit and Lou in serious danger?

Later in the week, on a desolate wasteground, Bernie confronts Mick, warning him that using her as leverage won’t work – Kit doesn’t care about her.

But Mick isn’t backing down. He calls Kit, making it clear that he has to come alone.

As Kit approaches, Mick emerges, holding Bernie hostage, making his deadly demands.

Realising the danger Bernie’s in, she desperately pleads with Kit, revealing she tried to reach out years ago, but his mother refused to let her.

With his heart on the line, Kit faces a heart-wrenching choice: will he risk everything to save Bernie, or turn his back on her forever?

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 or stream from 7am on ITVX.
