A CORONATION Street legend has called out her co-star for being “impossible”; to work with.
The ITV actress, who that she had quit the show for good, told how she had a desire to pursue other projects as she entered her 60s.



Now , 61 â who through the year â has opened up on life on the Weatherfield set.
She told how her long-running co-star , 50, who plays hapless Steve McDonald, was the trickiest to film with.
Her character worked with cabbie Steve in the Street Cars office and she spent many an hour on and off camera with him.
Sue told the Mirror: “Working with Simon, that’s just impossible.
“We have a diary where we can be seen writing little notes.
“Really what is in that book is the most disgusting photographs of ‘Sue by Simon, aged 4.'”;

Over the past 25 years, Eileen Grimshaw has been at the heart of some of the most memorable and iconic Corrie storylines, and her on-screen rivalry with Gail Platt will undoubtedly go down in Corrie folklore.
She added: “There’s certainly no one quite like Eileen, and her character will be hugely missed on the Cobbles.
“We wish Sue all the very best as she embarks on hernextexciting chapter.”;
