Cardinals recite oath of secrecy as conclave begins

The 133 Catholic Cardinal electors on Wednesday, took their oath of secrecy and listened to a meditation from the former Preacher of the Papal Household.

DAILY POST reports that the conclave takes place in the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel.

Cardinals are kept in strict isolation to keep them far from any outside influence from the rest of the world.
