A FOOTBALL coach has been slapped with a lifetime ban after he was caught secretly filming women and girls undressing – and posting the footage online.

Petr Vlachovsky, 43, was convicted of filming 14 players in changing rooms and showers over a four year period.

He was banned from coaching for five years and given a suspended one-year sentence last year after he was convicted in the .

Now, ‘s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB), has slapped Vlachovsky with a ban “from exercising any football-related activity for life”.

Vlachovsky’s youngest victim at the club was 17 years old and the oldest was 25.

The 43-year-old was arrested when cops found the covertly filmed footage online, in September 2023.

also found that the coach was in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Convicted pervert Vlachovsky had previously coached the Czech Republic’s women’s Under-19s team – he was even once voted the best women’s coach in the country.

After his conviction and five-year coaching ban, Czech players called for his punishment to be increased.

Uefa launched an and found that Vlachovsky had breached rules on indecent behaviour and brought into disrepute.

As well as giving him a lifetime ban from “football-related activity”, the CEDB wrote to to ask them to extend the ban internationally.

Victims told Seznam Zpravy that the secret filming had left them scared to sleep at night and anxious to go out in public.

Kristýna Janků said: “The camera must have been miniature, we didn’t see it at all and it never occurred to us that he could do something like that. He had it very well thought out.”

Alena Pěčková added: “Wherever I went, whether it was a public gym or another environment, a warning light would go off in my head and I would keep checking to see if there was a camera somewhere.

“I also started having problems with the way I saw my body. I just felt disgusted in some way.”

Players’ union boss Alex Phillips, who heads up Fifpro, told the Guardian that Vlachovsky’s case was “the tip of the iceberg”.

He said players often don’t know how to report concerns.

Fifpro said: “This outcome sends a strong and necessary message that abusive and inappropriate behaviour has no place in football.

“Safeguarding the wellbeing of players must remain a priority at every level.”
