BRADFORD CITY creatively released their kit for next season at none other than the FA Cup final.

The Yorkshire club’s “Bantam of the Opera” club choir performed in the build-up to the match while sporting the new strip.

The new kit sees go from pin stripes to the club’s more traditional thick streaks paired with a v-neck collar.

And its first public appearance came at Wembley Stadium ahead of the between and .

Bradford’s “Bantam of the Opera”, a group of fans who were taught to sing to mark the Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture celebrations, graced the Wembley turf alongside the Band of the Household Cavalry to perform for the 90,000 inside.

The Bantams would have been hoping to return to the home of football later in the year for the League One play-off final, but lost 2-0 to Lancashire outfit in the semis.

This year’s appearance was very different to the club’s experience in the 1911 instalment of English football’s biggest cup competition.

Bradford reached the final and faced Newcastle United at Crystal Palace.

After playing out a goalless draw the teams were forced into a replay of the fixture at Old Trafford.

Bradford won the replay 1-0 at the home of to lift their one and only FA Cup trophy.

Before the Bantam of the Opera’s appearance at Wembley today, the team had appeared at the national stadium on two occasions.

They won the 1996 Second Division play-off final, beating Notts County 2-0.

Their second Wembley outing came in 2013 as they sensationally reached the league cup final while playing in League Two.

A fantastic run saw them beat Arsenal and Aston Villa in the quarters and semis, however they were thumped 5-0 at the final hurdle against Swansea City.
